The weather gives us a break, trees change to vibrant colors, and let’s not forget football!

Fall has a more implicit meaning this year.

And yes, that includes falling real estate values.

As housing inventory continues to increase, the trajectory of falling real estate prices will surge and help to expedite a market correction.

While a market correction can be economically painful on many fronts, the good news is the declining market will give you a chance to buy items you’ve wanted for less money.
