Compared to traditional lenders, we provide a much faster closing process. While traditional lenders can take 60-90 days to close a loan, we can typically close your loan on average in 15 days or less. We also understand the importance of flexibility, so we are available on nights and weekends to assist you if you find your perfect home outside of traditional business hours.
