John began his mortgage career at Equity Mortgage Associates in 1987 and never left. In 2013, after 26 years, John purchased the business from the original owners. Since then, John has brought success to his clients for 35+ years. He now continues to successfully navigate the ebbs and flows of the mortgage business and offer timely and relevant mortgage solutions.

John, a Richmond city native, is an expert in all things Richmond. John is very active in the Richmond community and serves as a member of the West Richmond Rotary Club. As a JMU graduate and a Hokie parent, John is also passionate about college sports. When not working, you can find John on his boat on the James River, entertaining friends and family.
